Description of construction

Roof construction made also from steel concrete. 4-inch wide and 1 inch insulation and sealing material. Rood inclination and overhang according to drafts, Normally 30 percent inclination All Roofing is finished with Spanish tails in concrete fixed. Wall finish

In concrete compound on all vertical and inclined surfaces double painted with white color.

Windows and doors finished in massive American pine wood, or in aluminum.

Bathrooms and toilets according to master plan. Porcelain sink, 2 ft. by 1,7 ft. with chrome water taps. Mirror closet with 3 doors, Towel hanger, soap holder. Shower also with chrome taps shower curtain and soap holder. All cold and hot water tubing in corrosion resistant hard PVC. Approximately 1 yard away from the outside wall installation control panel and grease separator. Warm water electro boiler with 15 gallon capacity and automatic switch. 2 garden water outlets.

Electric wiring
Each Room has one cable with three outlets of 120 V Living Dining and Kitchen also feature a 220 Volt outlet. 1 additional tube each for telephone and for cable TV. Outdoor illumination with 6 lights, hand crafted in clay.

Tiling
All floors including terrace are tiled in natural shaped granite, or on request with porcelain tails. (Price per m² tailing 18 US$ per m²) Bathroom and toilet are tailed up to the ceiling. Kitchen about 1 yard high around the walls.

Kitchen cupboard, high boards, drawers and closets made from massive wood according to drafts, Electronic kitchen equipment is not included. Closets in bedrooms also in wood with ventilation intake.

Gardening
Property fencing with hibiscus alley, or with natural stone wall. 50.- USD per m² for lawn and plant formations. Fine adaptation of the topography driveway and walkways finished according to master draft.

In the fix construction fees are all extra costs like geometer permissions architects salary, static engineering, construction surveillance and taxes for construction included.

Not included is the connection fee for electricity, telephone and cable TV.
